How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
Depends on the type of carpet and how its cared for (example: If you take your shoes off and vacuum every day. You should have your carpets cleaned every 12 months.)
Is having my carpets cleaned safe? For my kids? For my pets?
Yes, the detergents are equal to your laundry detergents.
Your kids should not be around the area during the pre-cleaning, but is safe once cleaning is complete.
Pets should not be around during the cleaning period as they track things through the house, but is again safe once the carpets are cleaned.
When can I walk on my carpets after they have been cleaned?
You can walk on them once you think they are dry, but you may/will leave footprints. We recommend 2-4 hours, or when the face fibers are dry.
